Groups and individiual within Basildon are able to apply for the Arts Development Award.

The awards can support the following types of activities:

Personal Grants can be awarded to help with the costs of:-

• Events/or performances
• Exhibition costs
• Pilot projects
• Specialist materials
• Workshops/tuition

Group Grants can be awarded to help your organisations with the costs of:-
• Events/or performances
• Facility/venue hire
• Materials
• Pilot projects
• Publicity
• Workshops/tuition
• NEW initiatives which will either:

-enable more people to take part or attract larger audiences
-enable those already taking part to improve their level of skill
-raise public awareness of your activity

Individuals living in the Basildon District.

Non-profit making clubs societies & organisations based in the Basildon District & whose membership is open to everyone living in the District.

The maximum grant is:

Individual - up to £150

Groups - up to £300
