The Millennium Stadium Charitable Trust has announced that it is now accepting grant applications from registered charities, community groups, and other not-for-profit organisations in Wales.
The Trust aims to improve the quality of life for individuals who reside and work in Wales by investing in inspirational projects in the:
- arts
- community
- sport
- environment
The Trust generates its income through a levy on every ticket purchased for public events at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
Eligible organisations may apply for grants of up to:
- £5,000 for local projects
- £10,000 for regional projects
However, it is important to note that the Trust does not support salaries, core costs and overheads.
Priority is given to organisations that serve disadvantaged groups and communities.
The closing date for applications is the 30th September 2024.
