Funding for Local Community Projects (Glasgow)
The University of Glasgow has launched a new grant scheme for projects that benefit communities in its surrounding areas.
The Glasgow Riverside Innovation District (GRID) Civic Grant Fund will support local groups to make a positive impact for those living, working and learning within the innovation district.
The funding support is available for a range of activities and projects including:
- equality, diversity & inclusion focused initiatives
- health, wellbeing and fitness & sport
- sustainability and climate change
- food poverty
- arts, heritage, and culture
- education and outreach
- finance / debt advice
- underrepresented groups
- community spaces
Organisations with an annual income of less than £200,000 are eligible to apply.
The next deadline for applications is 5pm on the 22nd May 2024.
