Grants to Promote Physics Amongst Under-Represented Young People (UK)

The Institute of Physics is currently accepting applications for its Public Engagement Grant Scheme, which supports projects aligned with its Limitless campaign.

These projects aim to engage families with young people under the age of 16 from under-represented groups in physics, such as girls and young women, disabled young people, LGBTQ+ young people, young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, and Black Caribbean young people.

The grant scheme provides up to £4,000 in funding for events and activities in the UK and Ireland that promote relationships between physics and the public and reinforce existing engagement efforts.

The deadline for applications is 5 pm on the 6th September 2024.
