Charities, community groups and other charitable organisations can apply for grants of between £1,000 and £5,000 to deliver campaigning, fundraising and/or volunteering opportunities for young people age 10 to 20 years old, or up to 25 for disabled people.
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Community Foundation is inviting applications for the #iwill Fund for projects that engage young people aged between ten and twenty, and up to twenty-five for disabled young people, in volunteering, fundraising, campaigning and other activities that both benefit their communities and develop their skills. The fund will prioritise organisations working with young people from less affluent backgrounds.
Funding can be used to cover costs such as staff and volunteer costs, activity costs, development and capacity building costs, and skills development projects which help young people to be ‘social action-ready’.
The deadline for applications is the 17th December 2020.
