Community Partnering Fund Opens for Applications (Northern England)
Registered charities, community groups, and other not-for-profit organisations are invited to apply for funding to develop sustainable projects throughout the North of England.
The Community Partnering Fund will provide grants of up to £10,000 for one year, or up to £20,000 for two years for innovative approaches that focus on:
- alleviating hardship associated with fuel poverty;
- promoting efficiency and its environmental impacts;
- encouraging education in STEM subjects;
- protecting vulnerable customers;
- and supporting communities to lower their carbon footprint.
Small unincorporated and unregistered community groups can apply for a maximum of £5,000.
The Fund is managed by Leeds Community Foundation on behalf of Northern Powergrid.
The deadline for applications is 12pm on the 2nd August 2022.
