Funding to Tackle Social Isolation and Loneliness as a Result of Covid-19 (East Suffolk)

East Suffolk Community Partnerships has made funding of £100,000 available to voluntary sector organisations, social enterprises and community groups to support projects which tackle social isolation and loneliness within the East Suffolk population as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

‘Hot spots’ of vulnerable people in need have been identified using data and mapping. Projects should support those identified as more likely to be socially isolated and lonely pre-Covid-19.  Projects may also target new sectors which may become more isolated as a result of the virus.

Project ideas for phase 2 of the Hidden Needs grant programme will need to be discussed with one of eight lead officers who will provide an application form.

The deadline for applications in this round is the 16th April 2021.
