Funding to Strengthen Local Communities (Norfolk)

Voluntary and community organisations, CIC’s, social enterprises and other not-for-profit organisations are invited to apply for a share of £1 million in funding for community projects and initiatives that benefit the residents of Norfolk, and help the county recover from the coronavirus pandemic.

Capital funding of between £5,000 and £250,000 is available to make improvements to existing facilities, or to fund new initiatives and projects, such as creating better outdoor spaces for Covid-safe activities, opening up activities through the use of digital technology, or improving buildings to make them more accessible and attractive places for clubs to meet.

The funding is made available through Norfolk County Council's Social Infrastructure Fund. Match funding of 20% is required.

The deadline for applications is midnight on the 10th September 2021.
