The Devon Community Foundation is seeking applications to its Thrive With 5 grant programme for projects and initiatives which improve the lives of individuals and communities across Devon.

Grants of up to £5,000 are available to charities, community groups, schools, faith-based groups and organisations, parish or town councils, and CICs for activity that aims to improve the lives and prospects of babies and children aged up to 5 years who are experiencing challenging circumstances, and for community-based activity that aims to address environmental damage and climate change.

The scheme will close at 12pm on the 23rd February 2022, but may close earlier if a high volume of successful applications is received.
