Youth Diversion Fund Re-Opens for Applications (Merseyside)

Merseyside’s Police and Crime Commissioner has re-opened the Youth Diversion Fund to prevent young people from becoming involved in anti-social or criminal behaviour.

This round of funding will award grants of up to £5,000 to charities, community groups or social enterprises for safe and engaging diversionary projects for children and young people.

The funding is made available using money raised through the Police Property Act to organisations which are committed to improving community safety, reducing crime or supporting victims.

The Fund is administered by the Community Foundation for Merseyside.

The deadline for applications is 4pm on the 23rd September 2022.
