£23 Million in Funding to Support Communities During the Cost of Living Crisis (Wales)

Charities, voluntary and community groups, local authorities, schools and other not-for-profit organisations in Wales can apply for a share of £23 million in National Lottery funding to make a positive impact upon their communities.

Organisations can apply for funding to deliver a new or existing activity or to support them to change and adapt to new and future challenges, including the current cost of living crisis.

The People and Places Fund will award medium grants of between £10,001 and £100,000, and large grants of between £100,001 and £500,000 to help organisations experiencing current cash flow problems to deliver activities or to support them to change and adapt to new and future challenges.

The funding will support capital and revenue costs, such as equipment, staff costs and refurbishments for projects lasting up to five years. Partnership applications are welcome.

Applications can be made at any time.
