Voluntary and community organisations in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland can apply for a share of £100,000 to help vulnerable and disadvantaged people affected by Covid-19.
The Police and Crime Commissioner for Leicestershire’s Prevention Fund 2020/2021 has been expanded to include applications which can support the welfare and wellbeing of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged affected by the crisis and to allow organisations to continue to deliver much needed emergency support within their communities. Projects which mobilise resources and have a positive impact on the challenges posed by Covid-19 will be of particular interest.
There are 2 levels of funding:
• Up to £9,999 pa
• £10,000 to £25,000 pa
The fund has already invested £250,000 into communities affected by the crisis.
There are no application deadlines and applications can be made at any time.
