Big Change, which aim to tackle the issues facing young people, has launched a new £1 million prize fund that will support and reward game changing ideas to transform education and learning, and prepare young people for their futures.

The Big Education Challenge will give both young people aged 18 to 25, and experienced innovators in the UK the support and funding they need to bring their ideas to life.

Two prizes are available:

• the £300,000 Groundbreaker Prize will support up to ten young people;
• and the £700,000 Gamechanger Prize will support up to five experienced innovators to further test and develop their ideas.

Finalists will also receive coaching, skills development, and expert advice.

The winners of each prize fund will receive funding to fully pilot their idea.

The closing date for applications is the 22nd February 2023.
