Funding for Further Education Students and Apprentices to Study & Work Abroad (UK)

Applications are now open to the UK Government’s Turing Scheme. The Scheme supports students from the UK to study and work abroad.

Eligible Further Education (FE) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) institutions can apply for funding for apprentices and students to learn at an overseas partner FE or VET provider or take part in traineeships during the 2022-23 academic year.

Organisations will receive funding towards delivering placements, which includes providing students, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, with grants to help cover travel expenses and costs of living, and operational funding for delivering the projects. Placements can last from two weeks to twelve months.

The scheme will open to applications on the 31st March 2022 and close at 4pm on the 29th April 2022.
