Funding to Support People with Long-Term Health Conditions to Get Active (UK)

To reduce the negative impact of coronavirus and the widening of the inequalities in sport and physical activity grants of up to £5,000 are available to registered charities and other not-for-profit organisations to help people to get active across the UK. 

Two funds are available. 

In England the Tackling Inequalities Fund will provide grants of up to £5,000.   The Fund is a partnership between the charity Versus Arthritis and Sport England.  Applications are particularly welcome from disability-led and BAME-led organisations The fund will close once enough applications have been received.

From the 1st May the Let’s Move Together Fund will open for applications from organisations in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and will support people with arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions to get active.
