Funding for Projects that Improve People’s Lives (Scotland)

Grants of between £20,001 and £200,000 are available to support people, communities and organisations that are facing increased demands and challenges as a result of the cost-of-living crisis.

The funding is available to voluntary, community and public sector organisations in Scotland for activities that help people so that they:

  • are better able to identify ways to take control over their lives and build resilience
  • are able to shape the activities and services they use to better meet their needs
  • have more access to support and opportunities to improve their lives.

The funding, is made available through the National Lottery Community Fund Improving Lives programme and can be used to cover staff, equipment, premises costs and overheads, along with some minor capital costs for items such as building refurbishment or adaptations.

The closing date for applications is mid-day on the 21st August 2024.
