Nationwide Foundation - Backing Community-Led Housing (UK) The Nationwide Foundation aims to increase the availability of good quality, affordable homes in the places where they are most needed. Through the Community-led housing programme, the Foundation will support communities to build new homes, create homes from empty properties, protect existing decent, affordable homes and provide homes of all types of tenure. |

Community Housing Fund (England) The Community Housing Fund will support an increase in housing supply by increasing the number of additional homes delivered by the community-led housing sector that is affordable at local income levels and remain so in perpetuity. The fund is split into two phases: Phase 1 – will support applications for revenue funding for project specific activities that support development of community-led housing proposals and capital bids for local infrastructure projects that will result in housing developments; Phase 2 – will provide capital funding to support the costs of building new community-led housing schemes. |

Leeds Community Foundation (Leeds and Bradford) Leeds Community Foundation (LCF) is one of 48 community foundations across the UK. The Foundation aims to support Leeds and Bradford-based groups and organisations that encourage active participation from volunteers and usually have low levels of reserves. LCF prioritises applications from groups that benefit people living in economically or socially deprived areas of Leeds and Bradford, and/or those supporting vulnerable groups. Priority will be given to projects that are run by local people, for local people; are relevant to local needs and have a direct impact on the community; support people living in disadvantaged communities and help people who are most vulnerable; can demonstrate that there is a need for the project or activity and help people to help themselves. |

EN:Able Community Investment Fund (Yorkshire & Humberside) Efficiency North is a consortium of social housing providers committed to working collaboratively to generate long term sustainable efficiency savings in the construction and maintenance supply chain and any other wider economic and social benefits arising. The EN:Able Community Investment Fund is one of the consortium's delivery vehicles for social and economic regeneration in the communities of its member organisations. A small percentage of all EN Procure framework project fees and all Re:allies Materials Framework fees are contributed to the Fund and contributions to the Funding Pot are accrued on an annual basis. Groups from all organisations who've used the Frameworks will be invited once a year to submit funding bids. In 2015, 34 projects were awarded up to £5,000 for a range of support, arts, training, mentoring and employment access projects. |
