The Trust prefer to support organisations working in areas of high unemployment and deprivation, and they favour charities which make good use of volunteers. Small UK charities for whom a grant of between £500 and £4,000 will make a big difference are favoured. Applications can be submitted at any time but Trustees only meet twice a year, normally in March and September.
