The Police and Crime Commissioner for Norfolk overseas the operation of a number of grant schemes available to organisations working to reduce crime and disorder, support children and young people, and tackle drug and alcohol issues in Norfolk. The Children and Young People Fund aims to support organisations that help children and young people stay clear of crime and focuses on supporting those already disadvantaged by circumstances or events which in later life could lead to them become victims or offenders. The Safer Norfolk Fund delivers grants to organisations working with the disadvantaged and vulnerable and is designed to target need in key areas. Both funds are managed and administered by Norfolk Community Foundation.

UnLtd resource community entrepreneurs to start-up; support those with more established social ventures to scale up; and are committed to developing an eco-system of support to make it easier for those who need help to find it.
