Grants of up to £10,000 for Science and the Arts Projects (North West of England)

The Granada Foundation is inviting organisations, preferably those with charitable status, based in the North West of England to submit innovative proposals that foster the study, practice, and appreciation of science and the arts. Eligible disciplines encompass drawing, architecture, landscape architecture, sculpture, literature, music, opera, drama, dance, cinema, and related dissemination methods.

Grants ranging from £500 to £10,000 are awarded twice annually, with the average grant being approximately £2,000.

Prospective applicants should initially provide a brief outline of their project by completing a short enquiry form. If the project aligns with the Foundation's objectives, an application pack will be provided for completion in time for consideration at the next Advisory Council meeting.

The Foundation seeks proposals that are well-planned, with clear outcomes, involving professional artists or scientists, and demonstrating outstanding merit, originality, or significance. Projects should encourage the production of creative work or public understanding of the arts or sciences and reflect the lived experience of the people in the region.

For more information and to access the enquiry form, please visit the Granada Foundation's official website.

The next application deadline is the 25th March 2025.
