Community football clubs in England can apply for funding to improve their pitches thanks to the 'Power Up Your Grass Pitch' campaign.
Launched by the Premier League, the FA, and the Football Foundation, the initiative aims to improve over 20,000 pitches by 2030.
To support the campaignt, the Football Foundation has developed an app called 'PitchPower'. This online tool empowers community football clubs and organisations to conduct their own grass pitch inspections. Once these inspections are completed and identified through the app, clubs and facilities become eligible to apply for funding for both grass pitch maintenance machinery and equipment, as well as the Grass Pitch Maintenance Fund.
