Funding is available to help newly arrived families with Hong Kong British National (Overseas) status settle into communities across London and contribute fully to life, both economically and socially.
Voluntary, community and social enterprise groups and organisations can bid for a share of the funding to support new arrivals who may suffer from loneliness and isolation, help families to access services and advice like registering for GPs or opening bank accounts, increase the capacity of mental health services, and provide support to improve English language skills, update qualifications and find employment.
Funding is made available through the UK Government’s Regional VCSE Grant Scheme.
The deadline for applications is 23:59 on the 1st September 2021.
