Go! London Young Entrepreneurs Start-Up Programme (London)

Young Londoners aged 16 to 24 with innovative sports-related business ideas can now apply for the Go! London Young Entrepreneurs Start-Up Programme. This initiative offers free expert training from the School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE) and grants of up to £15,000 to launch and grow ventures that increase young people's access to sports and physical activity.

The programme is split into two parts:

  • Incubate!: 30 participants receive workshops and one-on-one support to develop their business ideas.
  • Grow!: From these, 10 entrepreneurs are selected for a year-long programme, including additional training and funding.

To be eligible, applicants must reside in London, have the right to work in the UK, and propose projects that benefit young Londoners by enhancing access to sports. The programme seeks to foster enterprises that make a positive impact in local communities.

Interested individuals can register their interest and find more information on the SSE website (link below).

Additionally, the City Bridge Foundation has announced its new ten-year funding policy, "Standing with Londoners," set to launch in autumn 2025. This initiative aims to support London's charitable sector with a focus on systems change and tackling the root causes of inequality.
