Consumer organisation Which? has launched a new round of its £75,000 Which? Fund. The fund will support a small number of high-quality research projects that explore consumer issues affecting diverse and disadvantaged groups.
The aim is to better understand consumer harms and support projects that could lead to changes in policy, regulation, or everyday practice. These projects should have the potential to benefit large numbers of people.
Research may focus on issues affecting:
- Women
- People living with disabilities or long-term health conditions
- Low-income households
- Members of diverse ethnic communities
This year, Which? is inviting proposals in two specific policy areas:
- Next-generation energy business models that support the clean energy transition
- Online choice architecture, where digital design influences consumer decision-making
There is no minimum or maximum funding amount tspecified.
Applications are open to UK-registered charities, universities, and not-for-profit Community Interest Companies. Collaborative applications are welcome.
