Grant News
The Clore Duffield Foundation has launched a new grant programme to help cultural organisations with Clore Learning Spaces expand engagement with hard-to-reach state-funded primary and secondary schools. Clore Learning Spaces are purpose-built education facilities located within museums, galleries, and heritage organisations across the UK, designed to support high-quality learning and public engagement.
The Clore Learning Spaces Schools Connect Programme will support a cohort of up to five organisations to design and deliver innovative approaches to school engagement, with a focus on building sustained relationships with schools that have traditionally had limited access to cultural provision. The programme aims to deliver a step-change in how participating organisations connect with these audiences.
Successful applicants can receive up to £50,000 per year for up to three years, bringing the maximum total award to £150,000 per organisation, subject to satisfactory progress, evaluation, and reporting.
Funding will support programme design and delivery, as well as participation in a structured cohort model to share learning and develop sector-wide best practice. Projects are expected to test new engagement methods and build confidence among teachers and school leaders.
The closing date for applications is 29 April 2026.
