Funding for Community Climate Action Projects (Leeds)
Grants are available to support climate action projects in neighbourhoods in Leeds.
Charities, community groups and not-for-profit organisations can apply for grants of up to £5,000 through the Action Leeds Community Small Grants programme, with the funding available to those with an annual income of up to £150,000.
The types of activity that could be funded include local initiatives to reduce carbon and increase access to green spaces, such as creating a community garden; a feasibility study to explore green energy options for a community building; or a repair and recycle hub
The deadline for applications for both programmes is 12pm on the 28th February 2024.
