Funding to Improve Health & Wellbeing in Communities (Bradford, Leeds and Wakefield)

Charities, community groups, social enterprises and other third sector organisations can apply for funding for projects which improve the health and wellbeing of residents across Bradford, Leeds and Wakefield.

Through the Local Care Direct Health and Wellbeing Fund, the Leeds Community Foundation are making two-year grants of between £10,000 and £20,000 available for organisations supporting people whose health and wellbeing are negatively affected by mental health issues, social isolation and poverty.

The type of work that could be supported includes providing outreach work such as peer support groups and mental health training; activities to reduce isolation and build connections such as creative projects, cooking activities; or providing practical items for families and young people on low incomes.

The deadline for applications is 12pm on the 10th May 2023.
