Funding to Improve Homes & Community Spaces (UK)
UK registered charities can apply for funding to deliver projects that improve homes and community spaces for those most in need, such as those experiencing homelessness, financial hardship, poor health, disability, or other disadvantage or distress.
The funding is made available by the B&Q Foundation to decorate, renovate, or create spaces where people can feel at home and have a sense of belonging.
Up to £10,000 is available for building or internal projects, and £5,000 for garden projects.
Projects could include:
- improvements such as decorating
- fixing roofs
- refurbishment of garden space
- upgrading key fixtures and fittings
- creating new buildings or rooms
The next deadline for applications is 9.30 am on the 9th May 2025.
