Funding for Organisations Delivering Youth & Play Services (Manchester)
Manchester’s Youth Play and Participation Service is making funding available for local voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations delivering youth and play services in the city.
The VCS Grants for Youth and Play Work programme will award grants of up to £150,000 for educational and recreational activities for children and young people such as:
- youth work;
- outdoor activities;
- life and digital skills projects;
- creating safe spaces for young people;
- wellbeing projects;
- visits, trips and exchanges with other groups;
- and employability projects.
Successful organisations are expected to liaise and work with other VCS and statutory organisations to deliver effective and efficient services identified by children and young people themselves.
The closing date for applications is the 26th February 2023.
