The Construction and Business Water Industry Awarding Body. (CABWI) has re-opened its grants programme.

The programme aims to support charities in the UK that promote lifelong learning and development, enabling individuals to enter the labour market or enhance their career skills, particularly in the water, utilities, and construction sectors.

Registered UK charities working directly with young people and adults who are not in employment, training, or education with an income between £231,000 and £1 million can apply for grants of up to £35,000. Smaller charities with an income up to £231,000 may apply for a maximum of 15% of their previous year's turnover. The grants are available for a maximum of 12 months.

For the 2025 funding round, CABWI is especially interested in supporting innovative approaches that highlight new ideas or ways of tackling barriers to training and employment.
