Dorset Community Foundation has opened the BCP Homelessness Prevention Fund, offering grants of up to £30,000 for projects that prevent homelessness at an early stage across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. The Foundation supports charities and community organisations working to improve lives across Dorset.
The fund will support work that prevents homelessness, reduces time spent in temporary or hidden homelessness, and helps people avoid returning to homelessness. Funding can cover core costs, service delivery and reasonable capital costs. Existing services, service expansion and new approaches can all be supported.
