Grant News
Grants of up to £2,500 are available through the Arts Council of Wales’ Sharing Together programme to help establish and strengthen networks across the arts sector in Wales.
The programme supports collaboration, knowledge sharing and opportunities for artists and organisations to share resources, develop skills and address common challenges.

The type of projects that could be supported include
- Disabled artists’ network: Establishing a network for Deaf and disabled artists across Wales, with accessible meetings, peer support and opportunities to share professional experiences.
- Ethnically diverse artists’ forum: Organising networking events that bring together artists from different cultural backgrounds to exchange knowledge, develop partnerships and address barriers within the arts sector.
- Rural arts network: Creating an online forum and organising regional meetings to connect artists working in isolated communities, helping them share resources and collaborate.
- Emerging artists’ network: Bringing together early-career visual artists, writers or performers for peer-learning sessions, professional discussions and skills-sharing events.
- Arts organisations’ networking event: Hosting a one-off event for existing arts networks to recruit new members, exchange good practice and strengthen their activities.
