Funding for Charities Supporting Black/African Caribbean Communities (Leeds)

Charities and voluntary and community groups can apply for grants of up to £10,000 to provide support for Black/African Caribbean communities in Leeds.

The Wesleyan Foundation Large Grants programme will support activities that improve outcomes in health, vulnerable groups and employability, such as mental health support, bereavement support, personal social education, domestic violence support, projects which tackle isolation particularly amongst the vulnerable and elderly, dementia support, and reskilling people to increase their chances of employment.

Grants can be made for a wide range of purposes including consumables, project and activity costs.

Small unincorporated and unregistered community groups can apply for a maximum of £5,000.

The deadline for applications is 12pm on the 17th October 2022.
