Funding to Support People with Complex Mental Health Needs (Leeds)

Grants of up to £50,000 are available to support the transformation of services for people with ongoing and complex mental health needs.

The Transforming Mental Health Grants City-Wide programme, developed in partnership between Leeds Community Foundation, Forum Central and the Integrated Care Board in Leeds, will fund at least one city-wide project that addresses the specific needs of the community and removes obstacles to accessing services, enabling individuals to receive care, treatment, and assistance at the earliest opportunity.

The funding could be used, for example, to support

  • social groups, such as hobbies/interest groups
  • family orientated support
  • volunteering
  • activities that improve physical activity and physical health
  • housing, debt, and employment support

The funding is available to charities, community groups, CICs and other not-for-profit organisations.

The deadline for applications is 12pm on the 8th December 2023.
