Funding to Improve the Resilience of LGBTQIA+ Community Organisations (Leeds)

Grants of up to £1,000 and capacity-building support are available to help LGBTQIA+ -led community organisations in Leeds become more sustainable and resilient.

The Leeds Community Foundation makes the funding available through the Leeds LGBTQIA+ Microgrants programme.

Examples of activities that can be funded:

  • one-off projects supporting organisational development
  • funding for specific activities or projects, particularly to free up time for organisational reflection
  • for unconstituted groups - support to research or set up formally and become constituted

The fund is aimed at small and emerging organisations with an annual income of under £75,000 who may be unable to access other grant programmes.

Grants of up to £500 are available for unconstituted groups.

Eight to twelve awards are expected to be made.

The deadline for applications is 12pm on the 29th August 2024.
