Grants of Up to £15,000 for Storytelling Projects Supporting Young People ( Yorkshire and The Humber)

Grants of up to £15,000 are available to small, local grassroots organisations in Yorkshire and the Humber. The funding supports storytelling-based projects that help disadvantaged young people aged 12 to 18 unlock their creativity and build confidence.

To be eligible, applicants must work directly with underrepresented groups. These include young people from minority ethnic backgrounds, low-income households, LGBTQIA+ communities, disabled or neurodiverse individuals, and those with care experience.

The grant supports project costs rather than core organisational expenses. It can be used to deliver workshops, creative programmes, and activities that develop confidence, skills, and self-expression through storytelling.

The application deadline is 17 May 2026. The funding is provided by Audible through its Future Stories Fund.
