Funding is available for registered charities, community groups and voluntary organisations working to assist individuals who are disadvantaged, sick, have a disability and/or living in poverty within Greater Manchester.
The Charity Service will award grants of up to £3,000 per year for up to three years (£9,000 in total) for activities that aim to prevent homelessness, reduce social isolation, and provide support for vulnerable families and children.
Grants can be used for the purchase or supply of equipment, amenities, services and activities that will improve the general welfare of the individual or local community.
The average grant award is £1,000.
The deadline for applications is 4pm on the 5th August 2022.
