Grants of up to £1,000 Available to Traditional Artists and Organisations Showcase their Work (Scotland)
Grants of between £250 and £1,000 are available to provide support for traditional artists and organisations to create, perform, tour and showcase work. The fund can also support professional development and learning projects.
In general, individuals (over 18), groups and organisations either based in Scotland, or undertaking work in Scotland, can apply to this fund. The funding is being made available through the Traditional Arts Small Grants Fund.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a positive track record in and/or professional commitment to one or more of the traditional art forms:
- Scottish Traditional Dance
- Scottish Traditional Music
- Scottish Traditional Storytelling.
The next closing date for applications is the 20th January 2023.
