Chamber Music Scotland, in partnership with Creative Scotland, has launched a new fund to support artists, organisations, and creative businesses to explore and share new methods for increasing diversity and inclusion within Scotland’s classical music sector.

The Classical EDI Development Fund will award grants of up to £2,500 for a range of professional development activities that will inform and enhance future equalities, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) practice in the sector. This might include research into developing EDI approaches; mentoring with experts in EDI policy; events, festivals, and tailored professional development opportunities; and meetings with local, national, and/or international arts sector initiatives to see examples of EDI policies and strategies in operation.

The deadline for applications is 11.59pm on the 19th April 2023.
