Birmingham Airport Community Trust Fund Re-Opens to Applications (Birmingham City & Solihull)
The Birmingham Airport Community Trust Fund has re-opened to applications from small community-based organisations and schools in areas most affected by the Airport's operations.
Grants of up to £5,000 are available for local projects that support projects in any of the following four areas:
- Heritage Conservation.
- Environment improvement, improving awareness of environmental issues, environmental education and training, encouraging and protecting wildlife.
- Bringing the Community closer together through facilities for sport, recreation and other leisure time activities.
- Improving health and wellbeing through the promotion of healthy lifestyles and employment opportunities.
Priority will be given to projects where the Trustees can see evidence that organisations have made efforts to raise funds from their own resources.
The deadline for applications is the 30th August 2024.
