Grant News
Voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise organisations can apply for a share of £2.46 million in funding for projects that improve the health and wellbeing of underserved communities in Birmingham and Solihull.
The Fairer Futures Fund - Citywide Small Grants scheme offers grants of up to £45,000 over three years (£15,000 per year) for initiatives that:
- reduce inequalities in health and wellbeing outcomes for communities of place, identity, and experience
- tackle unequal access to health and care
Organisations are encouraged to work with local health and social care providers to deliver projects addressing at least one of four themes:
- best start in life
- healthier lives in communities
- better outcomes through earlier intervention and treatment
- empowering and connecting communities
The funding is made available through the Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care System's Fairer Futures Fund, and delivered in partnership with the Heart of England Community Foundation.
The deadline for applications is 5pm on the 12th July 2024.
