Grants to Support Environmental Projects in Schools (West Midlands)
West Mercia Energy (WME), in partnership with nPower and TotalEnergies, is offering grants of up to £1,000 to support environmental initiatives in schools that will inspire and have a lasting impact on pupils and communities Shropshire, Telford, Worcestershire,Herefordshire and Birmingham Council.
The new WME Social Value Fund will support projects that:
- inspire students to a greener future
- help reduce your sites’ carbon emissions permanently
- create greener, more sustainable working and learning environments
- deliver sustainable, long-term benefits to your site and/or the community
Schools that are WME customers, either directly or through a Local Authority corporate contract, are eligible to apply.
Applications will be accepted until the 13th December 2024, or until the fund is fully allocated, whichever comes first.
