Funding to Support the Core Costs of Organisations Working with Disadvantaged Children (UK, Isle of Man & Channel Islands)

Registered charities and not-for-profit organisations working with disadvantaged children and young people aged 18 and under in the UK, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands can apply for grants of up to £40,000 per year for up to three years to help support their core costs.

The grants, made available through the BBC Children in Need, can contribute towards organisational core costs such as HR and payroll expenses, office costs, accountancy and audit, communications and outreach, and governance, regulatory, and compliance costs.

Organisations must first submit an expression of interest to apply, and applications can be submitted at any time.

Organisations not registered with the Companies House, the Charity Commission for England and Wales, Charity Commission for Northern Ireland and the Scottish Charity Register can only apply for grants of up to £15,000 per year.
