Unlimited Theatre has opened applications for unLab Round 3, offering up to £5,000 for collaborative “retreat” time for artists.
Two awards are available in this round, funded from Unlimited Theatre’s remaining cash reserves as part of its legacy unAwards programme.
unLab is aimed at artists working collaboratively within an arts‑producing organisation who want space to begin imagining their next project, rather than funding work already in development or production. The award supports time and space to retreat, talk, think, imagine and dream together, with no fixed outputs required.
This opportunity maybe of interest to artists and companies interested in early‑stage experimentation, new collaborations and ideas that do not yet fit conventional project funding criteria.
The deadline to submit an application is 6pm 31 March 2026.
