Mayor of London Launches Inclusive Talent Brokerage Fund to Boost Employment Access for Marginalised Groups (London)

The Mayor of London has launched the Inclusive Talent Brokerage Grant Fund, aimed at helping underrepresented Londoners into work while supporting employers to address recruitment challenges. Grants of £40,000 to £70,000 are available to organisations that can broker connections between communities facing employment barriers and sectors with unmet labour needs.

Open to non-profit organisations, social enterprises, and eligible for-profit companies, the fund targets groups working at the intersection of social inclusion and skills development. Priority will be given to projects that demonstrate clear pathways into sustainable employment, particularly for marginalised groups, including young people, disabled Londoners, and those from ethnic minority backgrounds.

Applicants must show evidence of employer engagement, community reach, and the ability to deliver measurable outcomes. Programmes that provide tailored support—such as coaching, job matching, and post-employment retention are strongly encouraged.

The closing date for applications is 1 September 2025. Funding decisions are expected in autumn, with projects to begin delivery shortly thereafter.

This initiative forms part of the Mayor’s broader strategy to tackle systemic inequality and promote inclusive growth across the capital.
