£2.85 Million Support Programme to Explore Technology in Adult Vocational Learning (UK)

Ufi VocTech Trust has opened a £2.85 million funding and support programme to help small organisations explore how technology could improve vocational learning for UK-based adults aged 16 and over.

The Together Support Programme is for organisations that help adults gain work-related skills, have a clear vocational learning problem, and want to explore how technology could help address it. It is particularly aimed at small, resource-constrained organisations.

Up to 40 organisations will join a 10-week programme offering expert-led sessions, peer learning and one-to-one mentoring.

Participants will be supported to:

  • Clearly define the skills challenges facing their learners
  • Explore and compare relevant technology options
  • Test ideas in a low-risk way
  • Develop a clear, evidence-informed plan for next steps

Those who successfully complete the programme will receive funding of up to £10,000 to support staff time and related costs.

Eligible applicants include charities, trade bodies, learning providers (except FE Colleges), small employers, small private companies, community interest companies and other not-for-profit organisations, except those previously funded by Ufi.

Applications close on 20 July 2026. Decisions are expected in early September, with the first support programme webinar taking place on 28 September 2026.
