Grants Available to Support Charities & Community Projects (UK - Various Locations)

UK registered charities and community groups are encouraged to apply for funding to support initiatives that improve wellbeing and strengthen local communities.

The Arnold Clark Community Fund is open to organisations providing services that address the needs of people living within 50 miles of an Arnold Clark branch.

This latest round supports projects focused on:

  • animal welfare
  • arts and culture
  • community development
  • disability
  • education
  • sustainability
  • mental health support
  • relief support,
  • equality and diversity
  • youth groups and clubs

Funding is intended to help with operational costs, equipment purchases, or specific community programmes.

In some categories, no funding amount is given. However, for youth groups and clubs, grants of up to £750 are available for community trips, club costs, materials, venue hire, and transport.

Organisations eligible to apply include:

  • registered charities 
  • local community groups 
  • social enterprises 
  • community interest companies 
  • groups of organisations that are community or voluntary-led
  • charitable incorporated organisations 

Applications are particularly encouraged from smaller voluntary and community organisations.

The closing date for applications is the 31st October 2025.

Previously funded projects include:

Whiteknights Yorkshire Blood Bikes - The Arnold Clark Fund supported Whiteknights Yorkshire Blood Bikes, helping maintain and service their fleet of motorcycles used for out-of-hours courier services (for NHS and urgent deliveries)

AngelBox (via Basch Helps CIC, Greater London) - The Arnold Clark Community Fund provided a £1,000 grant toward AngelBox, a community service that delivers baby emergency relief (essentials for infants) and parent support services

The BAY Foodbank - Arnold Clark provided funding to the BAY Foodbank (North Shields), which delivers emergency food parcels to individuals, couples, and families in crisis.
