Funding to Deliver Local Social Prescribing Activities (Manchester)

The Big Life Group are inviting expressions of interest to the Manchester Social Prescribing Development Fund, established to develop local social prescribing activities to people over the age of 16.

Social prescribing is a way of connecting people to community groups and statutory services for practical and emotional support.

Grants of up to £3,000 will support new and established groups and organisations to build capacity and deliver projects to support social prescribing, and enable people to improve or manage their health and wellbeing. Use of the funding is restricted and is awarded to groups and organisations that can fill the gaps in current social prescribing provision.

The funding is made available by the Manchester Integrated Care Partnership in partnership with Manchester City Council.

No application deadline is given.
