Grants to Improve Parks & Greenspaces (Scotland)
Community and Friends groups can apply for grants of between £500 and £1,500 to improve and revitalise parks and greenspaces across Scotland.
The Parks4Life Community Fund, delivered in partnership by Greenspace Scotland and MyParkScotland, will support groups that work to improve, promote, and develop parks or greenspaces, particularly in deprived areas.
Funding could be used, for example, to:
- deliver an event to attract visitors to the park
- train volunteers
- a park clean
- a small planting scheme
- purchase tools and equipment
- run initiatives to attract new members
There is a limited amount of funding. Groups are encouraged to submit their application as soon as possible.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and will be allocated every two weeks until the 30th August 2024, or until all funds are exhausted.
