Funding for Projects Benefiting People with Heart Disease (Greater Manchester)

Grants of up to £25,000 are available to groups delivering projects benefiting people with heart disease across Greater Manchester.

The NW Hearts Charity Grants programme aims to improve outcomes for people living with or at risk of heart disease and to reduce its impact on lives beyond current NHS provision.

To be considered, projects must align with the charity's priorities, namely projects that benefit:

  • people living with heart disease
  • the family and carers of this group
  • the specialist staff who care for them
  • heart disease diagnosis
  • research into cardiac conditions

Priority will be given to projects costing up to £10,000 and projects likely to demonstrate rapid, short-term benefit.

There is a two-stage application process. Organisations successful at this stage will be invited to submit a full application.
